Matrica offers a comprehensive matrix of available support services ranging from a normal working week and working hours to a total 24/365 full year programme.
Our multilingual staff extend specialist user support in a number of languages.
All technical installations are supported through our maintenance services. This service is also available through e-links, facilitating remote operation and disaster recovery services.
Customised support may be applied to any of our services.
Consulting Services
Matrica blends years of industry and market experience into the provision of our consultancy services for load management and forecasting programmes. We can assess available data, recommend the required quantity for accurate demand projections and advise on the construction and building of profiles.
Training and Education
Matrica runs on-site training for all new users on both the modelling process and the use of our Nominator software. This training is extended to both technical and operational staff and all documentation is provided.
We also conduct non-product orientated workshops for both management and users in the use of statistical methods for forecasting. Such courses have been conducted in the EU, the Middle East and in China.
