Let me introduce myself. I am Martin one of Matrica's Directors. I am stepping in to fill the gap left by Nicolas who was running our news feeds. Nicolas has moved
on to an easier life at a higher pay grade. We all wish him the best of luck in his new adventure. This is the best result we can hope for, if people decide to leave
our organisation: better pay easier conditions and the makings of a career. It is a sign we are doing a good job; taking inexperienced people and turning them into valuable employees.
Of course, we profit during the transformation and after our people enter their new company. For this news feed, I will be reporting on the normal things, progress in our products,
companies we have helped and new solutions we have deployed. There are some great stories to tell but along with the bread and butter of change and improvement,
I plan to question the status-quo a little. Significant changes are in the air for the companies we work with as well as for Matrica. To keep things interesting for me, I
will give you my view of these changes and the errors that have been made in our, and maybe your, future plans by ignoring them. Your comments and suggestions, good and bad,
are always welcome.
